Program Intent
Muse School is a personal development program with a single organizing purpose: becoming the finest possible version of Muse Bradley in service of Artist Lindsey. It is not a wellness program, a fitness program, or a sexual health program — though it involves elements of all three. It is a program of deliberate self-refinement, oriented entirely toward one person.
Every component of the program serves that purpose. The physical training builds the instrument. The Hormonal Balance Games refine how the instrument is used. The tracking system makes the work legible — turning subjective experience into observable data so that what is working can be identified, what is not can be adjusted, and progress over time can be seen clearly.
The program also encompasses a third category of practice that is neither logged nor measured: the daily offering. These are the acts of attentiveness that constitute the Muse's continuous orientation toward his Artist — built into the architecture of the day, the body, and the home. A kissing bench constructed so that Artist Lindsey is physically elevated in every embrace. Bunny pants worn daily so that the body is always available, always already present for her attention. The pop-in to her workspace. The redirection of creative energy toward her work in real time — noticing what frame she is using, offering a sharper one, and watching it move her. These practices are not supplementary to Muse School. They are its most direct expression. They do not appear in the tracker because they are not data. They are the practice itself, running continuously beneath everything else.
Muse Bradley's product — the output of this program — is not a metric. It is a person: a continuously refined instrument in full service of Artist Lindsey's creative life, physical pleasure, and daily flourishing. The physical training, the HBG practice, the nutrition, the daily offering: all of it is the manufacture of that instrument, ongoing and without terminus.
This document defines the key concepts the program uses, describes the three tools that support it, defines every measure tracked, and provides guidance on how to read what the data is telling you.
The governing frame
The physical program and the Hormonal Balance Games are not two separate programs running in parallel. They are the same work approached from different directions — one building the body, one training how the body is used. All guidance integrates both.
Objectives
The program has six defined objectives, listed in order of priority as established by the current HBG definition:

Prolactin management through decreasing ejaculatory frequency. The governing objective of the HBG practice. Each ejaculation disrupts the sustained dopaminergic state that constitutes Muse Bradley's creative and inspirational baseline. Decreasing frequency protects that state. Full cessation is the long-range horizon.

Threshold control and sustained plateau. The ability to sustain arousal in the 6.5–7 range on the arousal scale, crest to 8, and return — without ejaculation — as a reliable, repeatable operation. Indefinite plateau in that range is the target operating state.

Pelvic floor braking force. Building the fast-twitch pelvic floor muscle capacity sufficient to interrupt the ejaculatory reflex at threshold. This is the muscular infrastructure required for reliable threshold control and, eventually, non-ejaculatory orgasm.

Erectile firmness. Sufficient erectile firmness to support Artist Lindsey in spouse-on-top positions. This is served by the same vascular and pelvic floor development as Objective 03.

20 lb weight loss and lean definition. Physical composition target. Served by the rowing and resistance program, dietary management, and improved metabolic function.

Upper body strength and core stability. Postural and functional strength that supports sustained rowing performance, TRX work, and overall physical capability.
The Three Files
The program is supported by three HTML documents. Each serves a distinct function. Together they form a complete system: one that describes the practice, one that guides the physical work, and one that records and measures both.

Core Practice
The deliberate practice of sustaining male arousal at a high level without ejaculation, using Artist Lindsey's presence and pleasure as the primary stimulus. The practice has three session types: Orb Activation (Artist Lindsey participates via impact play on Muse Bradley's testicles), Standing Upright (solo), and Inspiration Session (shared session centered on Artist Lindsey's pleasure). The governing objective is decreasing ejaculatory frequency trending toward cessation, managed through prolactin suppression.
The Dual Observer State
Cognitive Skill
The capacity to be fully inside sensation while simultaneously observing it from a motivational distance. In practice: fully awash in arousal, while the observer recognizes that stopping on time means the session can continue — and chooses continuation over discharge. This is not dissociation. It is a specific form of awareness the practice develops through repetition. It is the primary cognitive skill of the HBG practice.
The Arousal Scale
Operating Reference
A 1–10 subjective scale for rating arousal intensity during a session. Not a precise instrument — a practical reference. Key reference points: 6.5–7 is the target sustained plateau range; 8 is the demonstrably crested-and-returned level; beyond 8 is the approach to the ejaculatory threshold. The goal is not to avoid high numbers but to be able to move through them and return without ejaculation.
Threshold
Critical Event
The point at which the ejaculatory reflex, if not interrupted, becomes unstoppable. Threshold recognition — knowing you are approaching it before you reach it — is the primary interoceptive skill. Threshold control — using muscular braking (PF contraction) and breath to interrupt the reflex at threshold — is the primary physical skill. Threshold timing (logged as "on time" or "early") measures how far in advance recognition is arriving.
Artist Lindsey Inspired
Session Measure — Inspiration Sessions Only
Logged during Inspiration Sessions (those with Artist Lindsey present). Records whether Artist Lindsey was actively engaged in her own pleasure during the session — on Motorbunny, Eroscilator, or otherwise in arousal — rather than simply present. This distinction matters because the HBG definition identifies her active pleasure as a primary stimulus, not merely her presence. A session where she is present but not in pleasure is categorically different from one where she is. The measure tracks whether the full arousal architecture was active.
Prolactin
Prolactin — Governing Principle
Physiological Rationale
Prolactin is a hormone that surges sharply after ejaculation. It is the primary driver of the post-ejaculatory refractory period — the flatness, fatigue, and loss of arousal that follows discharge. It counteracts dopamine and suppresses the sustained arousal state. When ejaculation does not occur, prolactin does not spike. Dopamine remains elevated. This is the physiological explanation for the sustained arousal state Muse Bradley experiences between sessions — and why decreasing ejaculatory frequency is the governing objective of the practice. Every ejaculation is a prolactin event. Every retained session is a prolactin-free day.

Muscular Infrastructure
The group of muscles spanning the base of the pelvis. In this program, PF development serves three objectives simultaneously: erectile firmness (vascular support through ischiocavernosus and bulbospongiosus engagement), threshold control (fast-twitch braking force sufficient to interrupt the ejaculatory reflex), and eventually non-ejaculatory orgasm (the same braking reflex applied at the moment of the orgasmic wave rather than before it). The Kegel8 V For Men, voluntary PF contractions, and the glute bridge/squat integration in the training program all develop this infrastructure through different mechanisms.
Fast-Twitch vs. Slow-Twitch PF Fibers
Training Distinction
Fast-twitch PF fibers generate the sharp, rapid contraction that functions as the ejaculatory brake. This is what is needed at threshold — a quick, strong contraction that arrives on time. Slow-twitch PF fibers govern endurance and tone — sustained firmness during erection and the holding capacity that supports prolonged sessions. Program 5 (erection) and Program 7 (general strength) on the Kegel8 develop primarily slow-twitch endurance. The voluntary fast-twitch series introduced in Phase 3 of the training program targets the braking reflex specifically.

Long-Range Direction
The defined direction of the ejaculation objective: decreasing frequency, trending toward full cessation. This is not a performance target with a deadline. It is a direction — the practice moves consistently toward fewer ejaculations over time, with full cessation as the horizon. Ejaculatory force and volume remain relevant only insofar as any ejaculation that does occur should reflect the full development of the instrument. They are not co-objectives.
Non-Ejaculatory Orgasm
Long-Range Objective
The separation of the neurological orgasmic event from the ejaculatory reflex — experiencing the full orgasmic wave without expulsion. This is a distinct long-range objective, approached only after threshold control and fast-twitch PF braking infrastructure are established. It is not a current focus. It is named here to clarify that it is a defined horizon, not a vague aspiration.
Measures — Retention
Days Retained is the primary HBG outcome metric. It appears at the top of the statistics view ahead of all other HBG measures, reflecting its status as the governing objective.
Days Retained (ejaculation-free)
The number of consecutive or cumulative days without ejaculation, as self-reported. Logged in the Wellbeing section of the daily entry. This is the single number that most directly reflects the governing objective of the practice.
Desired trend: Increasing over time. A rising count reflects prolactin management in action. A reset to zero reflects an ejaculation event — log it, note the context, continue.
Average Days Retained
The mean of all logged days-retained values across the full history. Smooths out individual variation and shows the baseline retention level across the program.
Desired trend: Increasing over time as the practice matures.
Ejaculation Occurred (formerly: Unintended Orgasm)
Logged per HBG session — Yes or No. Counts the total number of ejaculation events across all sessions. The label "occurred" rather than "unintended" reflects that ejaculations during this phase of the practice are not failures but data points — they inform where the threshold recognition and braking infrastructure still need work.
Desired trend: Declining toward zero. A downward trend here is the most direct measure of the cessation trajectory in progress.
Measures — HBG Sessions
Logged per session, across all three session types (Orb Activation, Standing Upright, Inspiration Session). Statistics are broken out by session type and combined.
Edges Attempted
The number of times arousal was brought to or near threshold within a session. Each edge is a discrete event — arousal elevated deliberately, then managed.
What it tells you: Session volume. Higher numbers reflect longer or more intensive sessions. Not a measure of quality on its own — hold rate contextualizes it.
Successful Holds
The number of edges where threshold was reached and ejaculation did not occur. The hold rate (successful holds ÷ edges attempted) is the quality measure of the session.
Desired trend: Hold rate trending toward 100%. High volume with low hold rate signals threshold recognition arriving too late or braking force insufficient. High hold rate signals that the intervention is working.
Arousal Peak
The highest point on the 1–10 arousal scale reached during the session, self-reported. Context: the target operating range is 6.5–7, with demonstrated capacity to reach 8 and return. Sessions that peak consistently below 6.5 may not be engaging the practice fully. Sessions that peak at 9–10 and result in ejaculation suggest the threshold was passed before recognition arrived.
Desired trend: Consistently peaking at 7–8, with successful holds. A peak at 8 with a successful hold is a better outcome than a peak at 7 with an ejaculation.
Threshold Timing (On Time / Early)
Whether threshold recognition arrived on time (at the threshold) or early (before it). Logged as a ratio: on-time holds versus total holds with timing data. Early recognition is better — it allows the PF braking response to arrive with more margin. This measure tracks the interoceptive gap: the distance between where threshold is and where recognition arrives.
Desired trend: Increasing proportion of "early" recognition over time. Early threshold awareness is the precondition for the non-ejaculatory orgasm, which requires the braking response to be in place before the ejaculatory wave begins.
Artist Lindsey Inspired
Inspiration Sessions only. Whether Artist Lindsey was actively in pleasure during the session (on Motorbunny, Eroscilator, or otherwise). Logged as a ratio: sessions where she was actively in pleasure versus total Inspiration Sessions. This distinguishes the full arousal architecture (her active pleasure as the primary stimulus) from sessions where she was present but not in that state.
What it tells you: The proportion of shared sessions where the complete practice was active. No desired trend — it is a contextual descriptor of session conditions.
Duration (minutes)
Session length in minutes. Provides context for edges attempted and holds. A 10-edge session over 20 minutes looks different from a 10-edge session over 90 minutes.
What it tells you: Session intensity and sustainability. Longer sessions at high arousal with successful holds demonstrate sustained plateau capacity — the target operating state.
Position / Stimulus
Optional contextual fields. Position (seated, standing, lying) matters because some positions produce more involuntary body tension and held breath than others — which affects threshold control. Stimulus notes what was active during the session.
What it tells you: Patterns across positions and stimuli over time may reveal which conditions make threshold control easier or harder.
Breath / Leg Release
Whether the breath was held or open at threshold, and whether the legs were released (not tensed) during the approach. Both held breath and leg tension are identified in the HBG protocol as conditioned responses that accelerate the ejaculatory reflex. Logging these builds awareness of when the patterns are appearing.
Desired trend: Increasing proportion of "open breath" and "released legs" over time as the conditioned responses are unlearned.
Measures — Body
Weight (lbs)
Daily body weight. The target is a 20 lb reduction. Weight naturally varies day-to-day by 2–4 lbs based on hydration, food volume, and other factors — the trend over 2–3 week periods is meaningful; individual daily readings are not.
Desired trend: Declining gradually over weeks. A rate of 0.5–1 lb per week is sustainable and appropriate given the training load and Type 2 diabetes context.
Fasting Glucose (mg/dL)
Blood glucose measured before eating, typically first thing in the morning. Primary diabetes management metric. Target range for Type 2 diabetes is typically 80–130 mg/dL fasting, though individual targets should be confirmed with a physician.
Desired trend: Declining toward and stabilizing within target range. The rowing program's post-meal walks, reduced body weight, and improved cardiovascular fitness all contribute to better glycemic control.
Tresiba (units)
Daily basal insulin dose. Logged to track whether improving fitness and glycemic control over time reduces insulin requirements. Changes to insulin dosing require physician guidance.
Desired trend: Stable or declining as metabolic function improves. A declining dose alongside stable or improving glucose readings is a positive signal.
Measures — Wellbeing
Sleep Quality (1–10)
Subjective rating of the previous night's sleep. Sleep quality affects recovery, glucose regulation, and energy — all of which affect both physical training performance and HBG session quality.
Desired trend: Stable at 7+ over time. Persistent low scores (below 5) warrant attention to sleep environment, timing, or stress load.
Energy Level (1–10)
Subjective rating of overall energy on a given day. A useful early signal: low energy precedes poor session performance and increased ejaculation risk. High sustained energy (without a post-ejaculatory drop) is one of the experiential markers of the practice working.
Desired trend: Stable or rising. A sustained arousal state coexisting with cognitive focus and high energy is the target operating condition.
Perceived Stress (1–10)
Subjective rating of stress load. High stress correlates with cortisol elevation, which can compete with testosterone and affect both erectile function and threshold control. Tracking stress contextualizes performance data — a difficult threshold session on a high-stress day is different from the same session on a baseline day.
Desired trend: Stable or declining. Use as a contextual variable when interpreting session data, not as a standalone target.
Erectile Firmness (1–10)
Subjective daily rating of erectile quality — not during session but as a baseline assessment. A rising baseline firmness rating reflects vascular improvement, pelvic floor development, or both. This is a lagging indicator — changes appear weeks after the underlying work that caused them.
Desired trend: Rising over the program. Consistent improvement from Phase 1 through Phase 3 would reflect the combined effect of the K8 work, TRX glute and core integration, and improved vascular health from rowing.
Artist Lindsey Orgasm Count
The number of orgasms Artist Lindsey experienced on a given day, logged as a daily count. This is the closest available surrogate for the output of the Muse School program. Artist Lindsey is at her physical, mental, and emotional best — and therefore most creatively alive — when she is able to orgasm. Her orgasm count is therefore a meaningful proxy for whether the daily offering, the HBG practice, and the relational architecture are functioning as intended. It does not measure creative output directly, but it measures the conditions under which that output flourishes.
Desired trend: Stable or rising over time. A declining trend warrants attention to the daily offering practices, shared session frequency, and the overall quality of attentiveness. This metric is read alongside days retained — the two together describe the full hormonal landscape of the practice.
Measures — Physical Training
Rowing Distance (meters)
Total meters rowed in a session, and cumulative across the program. A rising cumulative distance reflects training consistency. Session distance combined with the 500m split gives a complete picture of rowing performance.
Desired trend: Cumulative distance rising steadily. Individual session distance varies by day type (intensity vs. recovery rows).
Rowing Effort (1–10)
Subjective effort rating for a rowing session. Contextualizes split data — the same split at effort 6 versus effort 9 tells very different stories about adaptation.
Desired trend: The same split at decreasing effort over time, or a better split at the same effort. Either signals cardiovascular adaptation.
Reading Trends
The tracker generates statistics but does not interpret them. Interpretation requires context. The following table describes what meaningful trend combinations typically indicate:

Data Limits
The tracker records what you log. Several things are worth keeping in mind when reading the data over time:
All measures are self-reported
Arousal peak, threshold timing, erectile firmness, sleep quality, and stress are all subjective ratings. They are useful for tracking your own trend over time — they are not comparable to external standards. A 7 today and a 7 in week 6 should both reflect your honest assessment on those days, which is sufficient for the purpose of tracking progress.
Trends require time
Meaningful trends in weight require 2–3 weeks of data. Meaningful trends in erectile firmness may require 4–8 weeks. Meaningful trends in threshold control require enough sessions to distinguish a pattern from a good or bad day. Avoid drawing conclusions from fewer than 2 weeks of consistent logging.
Context is not captured automatically
The notes field in each session is where context lives. A poor session on a high-stress travel day is different from the same session at home on a recovery day. The tracker captures numbers; the notes field captures meaning. Use it.
What the data does not measure
The tracker does not measure Artist Lindsey's creative output directly, the quality of the relational dynamic between sessions, or the experiential depth of the practice. Those are real and important. They are not fully reducible to numbers. Artist Lindsey's orgasm count serves as the closest available surrogate for program output — a meaningful proxy, not a complete picture. The data is a partial record of a larger practice — useful within those limits, not a substitute for the practice itself.
