Intent

The Awakening the Walnut is a structured extension of the Hormonal Balance Games — not a separate practice, but a deepening of the same work. Its organizing purpose is the development of prostate awareness as a distinct interoceptive channel, its integration with the existing pelvic floor braking architecture, and the progressive expansion of the instrument repertoire from entry-level to advanced.

Every session is oriented toward Artist Lindsey. The arousal generated, the sensitivity developed, the physical capability refined — all of it accumulates in service of Muse Bradley's continuous inspiration of her creative life. The prostate is the sacred gland of that practice. Its cultivation is not incidental. It is the work.

Theoretical Framework
The Sacred Gland
Multi-Orgasmic Man · Chia & Arava
Chia identifies the prostate as the male center of sexual energy — the seat of the ching chi pump that circulates sexual energy upward through the Microcosmic Orbit rather than discharging it through ejaculation. Prostate stimulation, properly integrated with breath and pelvic floor engagement, amplifies the available energy and deepens the capacity to circulate rather than release it.
The Big Draw
Technique · threshold intervention
At the moment of approaching threshold, the Big Draw combines full-body muscular contraction — pelvic floor, perineum, abdomen, buttocks — with a complete breath hold and upward energy visualization. The intention is to draw sexual energy up the spine rather than permitting its downward ejaculatory discharge. In the context of Muse School, the Big Draw maps onto the existing intervention sequence: PF contraction first, cessation of stimulation, breath, postural reset. The Big Draw adds the full-body dimension and the energy circulation intention to a sequence already being trained.
Microcosmic Orbit
Post-session integration
The Microcosmic Orbit is a meditative circulation of accumulated sexual energy through the body's central energy channels — up the spine, over the crown, and down the front of the body. Practiced as a post-session integration tool, it converts arousal into sustained presence rather than dissipating it. Optional but recommended when session intensity warrants it.
Prostate Anatomy & P-Spot Response
Functional basis
The prostate gland sits approximately 2–3 inches inside the rectum, anterior wall, and is accessible via internal stimulation. Direct prostate contact produces a qualitatively distinct arousal signal — diffuse, deep, and pressure-oriented rather than the sharp surface-sensation character of penile stimulation. This distinctiveness is analytically valuable: it creates a new interoceptive channel whose signal can be isolated, tracked, and integrated with the existing arousal and threshold framework.
Threshold Character Shift
The key analytical variable
Prostate stimulation alters the character of threshold — it may arrive earlier, feel more diffuse, or present as a broader plateau rather than the sharp point familiar from solo penile stimulation. The primary analytical task of the early program is mapping this shift: how does the presence of an instrument change the threshold signal? Does it compress the plateau? Extend it? Change the intervention window? This data informs everything downstream.
Core principle

The Awakening the Walnut is a component of the Standing Upright session architecture. It does not create a new session type. When prostate practice is integrated into an SU session, all existing HBG metrics apply — edges, threshold awareness, arousal peak, breath maintenance — and the seven prostate-specific fields are additionally populated in the tracker.

OBJ 01
Interoceptive Mapping. Develop clear, reliable awareness of prostate sensation as a distinct channel. Identify how prostate contact shifts the arousal landscape — threshold character, plateau duration, intervention window. This is the foundational objective. No subsequent work is meaningful without it.
OBJ 02
PF Integration / Big Draw. Develop the capacity to deploy the pelvic floor braking sequence — and eventually the full Big Draw — while an instrument is seated. Prostate stimulation intensifies the arousal landscape; it does not simplify threshold management. The muscular infrastructure must be trained under load.
OBJ 03
Instrument Progression. Advance through the confirmed progression sequence — Stage 0 through Stage 6 — at a pace governed entirely by comfort, ease, and interoceptive clarity. No stage is completed until the instrument is seated without effort, retained with comfort, and the session metrics are stable. Size advancement is a byproduct of successful practice, not a goal in itself.
Relationship to HBG Objectives

The Awakening the Walnut supports all four primary Muse School objectives simultaneously. Prostate contact deepens pelvic floor engagement and threshold sensitivity (Objectives 1–3). The sustained arousal generated by prostate practice maintains the dopaminergic baseline that constitutes Muse Bradley's inspirational presence for Artist Lindsey. The practice is not a branch of the program. It is the same root, going deeper.

Safety — Type 2 Diabetes

Muse Bradley is Type 2 diabetic. Impaired peripheral circulation means slower tissue healing and reduced local sensitivity to minor trauma. This makes gradual progression non-negotiable. No rushing, no forcing at any stage. If any instrument does not seat within 20–30 seconds of sustained gentle pressure, the session ends at that instrument. Tissue accommodation cannot be rushed on this physiology.

Timing

After natural bowel movement, minimum 30 minutes prior to session. Muse Bradley's regularity — generally before mid-morning — makes this a reliable window. Do not attempt a prostate session outside this window.

Rinse Protocol
01
Single bulb enema — 4–6 oz warm water, body temperature
Hold 30–60 seconds. Release. Repeat once if needed. Fleet brand or reusable silicone bulb — available at any pharmacy.
02
Wait 15–20 minutes before session
Allows full clearance. Occasional use only — no microbiome disruption concern at this frequency.
Note on frequency

The rinse protocol is for prostate sessions only. It is not part of standard SU preparation. Log it via the Ashtila field in the tracker — its presence in the data marks which sessions used it.

Lubrication

Astroglide Sensitive Skin (water-based) — compatible with all platinum silicone instruments in the collection. Reapplication is expected during session and should be treated as a routine interruption rather than a sign of difficulty.

Internal lube application via applicator syringe is the key practical upgrade. External application only is insufficient for extended sessions. The lube applicator is listed in Acquisitions.

Position

Seated at desk in the office environment. Folded towel or cushion for chair clearance if needed to provide sufficient access angle. The office environment is the established optimal arousal architecture for SU sessions and should be maintained for prostate sessions.

Pre-Session
01
Preparation protocol complete
Rinse, wait period, and lube applicator loaded before session begins. Instrument selected from current progression stage.
02
Arousal established to 5–6 via standard SU means
No insertion at baseline. The arousal architecture must be active before the instrument is introduced. This is not optional — inserting from rest inverts the functional sequence.
Instrument Introduction
03
Internal lube via applicator
Applied before instrument contact. Lube the instrument as well. Generous application is correct practice, not excess.
04
Introduction — sustained gentle pressure with continuous exhale
20–30 seconds of sustained pressure. The internal sphincter is persuaded, not forced. A continuous exhale during this phase relaxes the involuntary musculature. If the instrument does not seat within this window, stop. The session ends at that instrument today.
05
Pause once seated — register sensation before resuming stimulation
This is the first interoceptive data point of the session. What is the prostate contact character? Pressure, fullness, diffuse warmth? Note it. Resume self-stimulation only after this pause.
Active Session
06
Resume self-stimulation with instrument seated
Observe how the arousal character shifts. Is threshold arriving earlier? Is the plateau character different — more diffuse, more distributed? This is the threshold character shift observation the session exists to produce.
07
HBG intervention sequence applies identically
At threshold: PF contraction first — before cessation of stimulation. Then cessation. Then breath. Then postural reset. The sequence does not change with prostate stimulation present. What changes is that the threshold may arrive with less warning. The contraction must be deployed earlier, not faster.
08
Big Draw — deploy at approaching threshold when ready
Full-body contraction: PF, perineum, abdomen, buttocks simultaneously. Breath hold. Upward energy visualization — draw sensation up the spine rather than downward through discharge. This is not required in early sessions. Introduce it when threshold control is stable and the interoceptive channel is clear. Log Big Draw execution in the tracker.
Post-Session
09
Instrument removal — exhale, slow withdrawal
Same principle as introduction. No rushing. Exhale continuously during withdrawal.
10
Instrument cleaning — soap and water, thorough
Platinum silicone is non-porous and fully cleanable. Clean immediately after every session. Do not defer.
11
Microcosmic Orbit meditation — optional
5–10 minutes seated. Circulate accumulated energy through the central channel using breath and visualization. Recommended when session intensity is high. Log Energy Circulation Attempt in the tracker.
Integration note

The post-session Microcosmic Orbit is the direct physiological counterpart to the prolactin management rationale at the core of Muse School. Where ejaculation retention preserves the dopamine baseline by suppressing the prolactin surge, the Orbit actively circulates the accumulated arousal energy rather than dissipating it. The two practices are the same work at different scales.

Progression through stages is governed by comfort, ease, and interoceptive clarity — not by session count or elapsed time. A stage is complete when the instrument seats without effort, is retained comfortably for the session duration, and the threshold character data has stabilized. Circumference is the organizing metric but not the only one. Instrument type, taper profile, and prostate contact geometry all inform the sequencing logic.

Sequencing note — Stages 3 & 4

Stages 3 and 4 show a circumference inversion: Nox S (5.5") precedes Dragon's Egg S (5.4"). This is intentional. The Nox's gradual taper prepares tissue accommodation that makes the Dragon's Egg S's more abrupt plug profile accessible rather than challenging. The plug becomes a milestone rather than an obstacle. Circumference is not the sequencing logic here — preparatory geometry is.

Stage Instrument Type Max Circ Notes
0 Dragon Knot XS Uncover Creations ↕ interchangeable with Knot II XS Knotted 4.5" Entry instruments. Tapered profile coaxes tissue accommodation over time. Knot dynamic: sustained rhythmic pressure against resistance until the knot seats on its own. Both instruments used interchangeably at this stage. Flag for differentiation if meaningful distinction emerges in practice.
0b Knot II XS Uncover Creations ↕ interchangeable with Dragon Knot XS Knotted 4.5" See Stage 0. Same circumference, similar profile. Distinction to be determined through use.
1 Dragon's Egg XS Pleasure Forge Plug 4.6" First plug in the sequence. Objective shifts from rhythmic knot-pressure to sustained retention. Minimal circumference step from Stage 0 — the transition challenge is instrument type, not size. Build seated hold duration across sessions.
2 Vaca BS Atelier Curved 5.75" max at hilt — entry is significantly smaller Tapered head introduces girth gradually — similar knot-coaxing dynamic. Pronounced mid-swell. Curved profile introduces first prostate contact geometry. The Vaca is the first instrument specifically oriented toward P-spot engagement. Threshold character shift observation is primary at this stage.
3 Nox S Bad Dragon Dildo 5.5" Gradual taper — active dildo dynamics introduced. Prepares tissue for the more abrupt Dragon's Egg S profile at Stage 4. Slight curve; blunt head rewards patience. Prostate contact deepens here.
4 Dragon's Egg S Pleasure Forge Plug 5.4" Second plug. More abrupt profile than the Nox S — the Stage 3 work makes this accessible. Objective: comfortable sustained retention at this circumference. Completion of the first plug retention sequence.
5 Troll S Pleasure Forge Dildo 5.9" Smooth dildo — prepares tissue for the Roc's Egg M's 6.2" plug profile. Active use dynamics. Consistent girth throughout. Same preparatory logic as Stage 3 → Stage 4.
6 Roc's Egg M Pleasure Forge Plug 6.2" Third plug — the current horizon of the confirmed progression. Comfortable retention at 6.2" marks completion of the initial program arc. All stages beyond this are TBD pending performance at Stage 6.
7+ Horizon Territory Nathan · Apollo · Sleipnir · Reaver · and beyond Not yet In Progression. Sequencing to be determined after Stage 6 is established.
Additive — not in progression

The following instruments are used in conjunction with the progression sequence. They do not occupy a stage and do not advance. Their role is to deepen the arousal architecture and broaden the interoceptive channel while a progression instrument is seated or as a standalone addition to any HBG session.

Instrument Type Function Notes
Beatrice Svakom — Benedict Named · App-controlled Vibrator Prostate / perineal vibration App-controlled prostate and perineal vibrator. Used as an additive layer alongside progression instruments or independently in any HBG session type. Tracked via Yes/No toggle in the Protocol Tracker across ORB, SU, and IS sessions. Does not replace progression work — deepens the arousal landscape it inhabits.

These fields are conditionally revealed in the Protocol Tracker when Ashtila is set to Attempted or Full Session. When set to No, all fields write as null — preserving the analytical distinction between sessions where prostate practice was absent versus sessions where it occurred but fields were left blank.

Ashtila
Three-state · No / Attempted / Full Session
The conditional gate for all prostate fields. Attempted captures sessions where insertion was tried but not completed — brief or aborted sessions. Full Session marks completed prostate-integrated sessions. The distinction is analytically significant across the early progression arc.
Instrument Used
Dropdown · In Progression instruments only
Populated dynamically from the Instrument Inventory (ms_inventory_v2) — In Progression = Yes instruments only. Tracks the progression arc across the dataset.
Comfort Rating
1–5 scale
Physical ease of insertion and retention. Not arousal — comfort. 1 = significant difficulty or discomfort; 5 = effortless. Stage advancement requires comfort rating of 4 or 5 across consecutive sessions.
Prostate Contact
Yes / No / Uncertain
Subjective interoceptive report. Did Muse Bradley identify a distinct prostate sensation during the session? Uncertain is a legitimate and important early data point — it tracks the development of interoceptive clarity as a variable in its own right.
Threshold Character
Earlier / Later / Similar / Diffuse / Sharper
The most analytically valuable field. How did the presence of the instrument alter threshold relative to sessions without prostate stimulation? Diffuse = threshold arrived with less localized signal, more distributed. Sharper = threshold arrived with heightened clarity. This field, tracked across sessions, is how the program learns.
Big Draw Executed
Yes / Partial / No
Tracks deployment of the full-body Chia technique at threshold. Partial = PF contraction and breath without full-body engagement. Yes = complete execution including upward energy visualization. Not expected in early sessions — introduced when threshold control is stable.
Energy Circulation Attempt
Yes / No
Post-session Microcosmic Orbit meditation attempted. Binary — presence or absence in the record. Correlate over time with same-day wellbeing indicators, Artist Lindsey inspired field, and next-day energy level to evaluate the practice's effect on the sustained dopamine baseline.
Principle 01
Tissue accommodation cannot be rushed on this physiology. Type 2 diabetes impairs peripheral circulation and slows tissue healing. The progression timeline is whatever the tissue requires. There is no schedule.
Principle 02
Arousal precedes insertion. The instrument is introduced into an active arousal architecture, never a baseline state. The arousal is not preparation — it is the context the practice inhabits.
Principle 03
Prostate stimulation intensifies the arousal landscape; it does not simplify threshold management. The intervention sequence — PF contraction first, cessation, breath, postural reset — applies identically. What changes is that threshold may arrive with less warning. The contraction must be deployed earlier, not faster.
Principle 04
Interoceptive clarity precedes technique. The Big Draw and Microcosmic Orbit are advanced tools that amplify an existing signal. They are introduced only after the prostate channel is clearly perceptible and the threshold character shift is reliably observable.
Principle 05
Stage advancement is earned by comfort, not time. A Comfort Rating of 4 or 5 across consecutive sessions, paired with stable threshold character data, is the advancement criterion. Nothing else determines when to progress.
Principle 06
Perineal pressure applied after the ejaculatory reflex initiates risks retrograde ejaculation. This is the specific danger of Chia's million dollar point technique misapplied. The PF contraction must precede the reflex — not respond to it. This principle is identical to the existing HBG intervention sequence requirement and bears repeating in this context.
Principle 07
Every session is oriented toward Artist Lindsey. The sensitivity developed, the awareness deepened, the physical capability refined — all of it accumulates in service of Muse Bradley's continuous inspiration of her creative life. The prostate is the sacred gland of that practice.
The Non-Ejaculatory Orgasm — Urdhvareta

The Awakening the Walnut is one of two converging tracks oriented toward the non-ejaculatory orgasm — the neurological separation of the orgasmic event from the ejaculatory reflex. The other track is the existing HBG threshold control and fast-twitch PF braking development.

The Taoist term urdhvareta — the upward-moving seed — describes the physiological aspiration: orgasmic intensity without discharge, with energy circulated upward through the Microcosmic Orbit rather than expelled. Mantak Chia's framework maps this onto accessible technique; Muse School maps it onto a trackable practice.

This objective is not approached until: threshold control is stable and reliable across session types; fast-twitch PF braking force is sufficient to interrupt the ejaculatory reflex; prostate interoception is clearly developed; and the Big Draw is executable consistently. It is a named long-range destination, not a near-term target.

Convergence point

The Awakening the Walnut and the existing HBG threshold control work converge at the non-ejaculatory orgasm. The PF braking track provides the interruption mechanism. The prostate channel provides the alternative pathway for the energy that braking redirects. Both are necessary. Neither is sufficient alone.

Confirmed
Lube applicator syringe — internal lube delivery. $8–15. Tantus, Lovehoney, or Early to Bed. This is the single most impactful practical upgrade to early-stage sessions. External application only is insufficient for extended prostate sessions.
Confirmed
Bulb enema — pre-session rinse. Fleet brand or reusable silicone. Available at any pharmacy. Single purchase, indefinite use.
Note on bridge plug

A Tantus Perfect Plug Small (~4.25" circumference) was previously recommended as a Stage 0 precursor instrument. Muse Bradley has opted to use the Uncover Creations knotted instruments as entry points instead. The bridge plug is not being acquired at this time.
