Current dietary architecture
Reference only — adherence is logged as the on-plan toggle in the daily Diabetes log.
Prolactin management — zinc
Pumpkin seeds (transitioning from peanuts at depletion) — roughly 2.5 mg zinc per 30g, vs. roughly 0.9 mg for the equivalent peanut serving.
Dopamine precursor — tyrosine
Pea protein (Naked Nutrition), 15g per bowl, two bowls daily — roughly 24–26g added protein, the primary tyrosine source in the plan.
Glycemic control
Rolled oats in place of instant (glycemic index ~55 vs. ~70). Morning corn tostada eliminated. Breakfast restructured to reduce fasting glucose load.
Omega-3
Addressed via supplementation rather than diet — see the fish oil entry below.
Supplement stack
Multivitamin, Men 50+zinc 11mg · B6 8.5mg · chromium 100mcg · Siberian ginseng 6mg
Vitamin D35,000 IU daily (~5,800 IU with multivitamin)

Sodium
Cwench contributes 520mg sodium daily — worth tracking against total daily sodium given cardiovascular considerations with Type 2 diabetes.
